BeforeYouBuy provides personalized financial insights and educational recommendations based on the figures you enter.

It is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, accountant, broker, tax professional or legal advisor, and nothing in a Smart Buy Report is professional advice.

You remain fully responsible for your own purchasing, borrowing and financial decisions. Consider speaking to a qualified professional before making a significant financial commitment.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. There is no minimum age requirement — anyone can use BeforeYouBuy. Reports are generated from the numbers you provide — if those numbers are inaccurate or incomplete, the results will be too.

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current.
• One account per person. Don't share your account with others.
• Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Please don't:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Try to access other users' data, or bypass account limits, paywalls or gift-code rules.
• Resell, redistribute or present Smart Buy Reports as professional financial advice to others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

• Free accounts include a set number of Smart Buy Reports each month, along with your saved financial profile and report history.
• Premium is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may change in future — any change applies from your next renewal.
• Gift codes grant Premium for the stated duration and carry no cash value.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

BeforeYouBuy, its name, logo, design, scoring methodology, software and written content belong to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service — nothing more is transferred.

The content you enter — your financial figures, screenshots and notes — stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and generate your reports.

We work to keep BeforeYouBuy available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted access. Features may change, and parts of the product depend on third-party providers such as our hosting, AI and payment partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for financial losses arising from decisions you make using the service.
